Left Paris in August 2007 in hunt of new "thrills"...direction...Montreal !
2 courageous winters after, I decided to trade the cold nights of Montreal for some sunny days. The reality was that I was obsessed by my ideal of cocooning in paradise, it was hunting me more than ever and I was desperate to feel it- again.
My heart was telling me to go. Afraid to disappoint myself if I stayed, I packed my bag.

I can't regret those 3 months backpacking along the Brazilian coast. They are true symbol of exploration: the foundation of any dream.

Whatever my heart would say I did. This time it was calling, San Francisco.
Love, brought me here. Windy sunshine or rainy fog, this city can't decide. I, personally did not hesitate...and I Iike to think I'm finding here a mix of all the cities I came from...

I choose to believe in my dreams and all the promises of achieving and sharing my own happiness, empowered by Love.
All You want to do is still ahead, waiting for you to love and live this "it will be alright", in the moment.
I followed my dream. It took me to San Francisco.
I listened to my heart. It told me to give it a try and see what the city had to offer.
This is real : We all have A dream and no one can teach you how to dream. Your dream is yours. Just Do exactly what you "fill" inside. When you can.
If becoming a fashion designer and having my own store is my dream I can only keep it real, more real and fulfilling everyday, by doing the best I can to share it with others.

Make It in black. Ohh please, can you? - I can do Black ! I want everything black in my Closet ! I'm curious to see how every pieces will turn in black !
I'm known to be so much into bright colors, not even talking about prints ! Then, what's happening to me? :)
Well, I always considered black as a color...and inside me I always had a voice telling me "Sure it goes with everything. Ok try it. Come-on do it : it's easy, chic and it fits everyone! "
Viviane, my seamstress is really surprised I changed my palette ! Well she blamed it on the holiday...I kind of think I'm not just into a " holiday phase"..I'm truly falling in love with the color black. I know I've always had an unconditional special crush for black lace in my life and I know this "making every design in black" situation will last for a litlle while... My sister told me I'm growing up and I just want different things ! Maybe.

-I don't really need no reason. I'm just so happy November is here, and the holiday season's just started. I'm getting ready to reveal my holiday collection. A capsule collection of 20 dresses I've been working on with Viviane since April...Out of 20, there is 15 dresses...All. Black. Mmmm
But it feels and looks good ! ( hey, seriously, I know we will all look so gorgeous in black! )

As I'm sourcing for more fabrics, I'm discovering that black by itself allows me to still use my design signature touch: mixing and matching ! There is absolutely no rule to me as far as how one should wear different blacks together !
They're is for sure so many blacks' options ! And every single shades is an excuse to play...with colors ! but most importantly with : textures ! Fabrics communicate by themselves, and I'm serious when I say that silk and jersey cotton are talking louder in black ! They are! And velvet and leather gets into the conversation to add this "sexy, classy' , mysteriously timeless, feminine. Touch ! Maybe you'll understand better what I'm talking about when you'll actually see the collection and try the pieces on. In person !
