Paris, ma ville musée.
SFO/ CDG flight AF 00083.
Dear Paris, how I've missed you. Naturally I missed you because when I think of my family, I kind of think of you and this year I missed my family so much. I missed you too Paris, simply for the city you are.
You and your cafés-terrasses, charming bistros and brasseries everywhere, your impressive Haussmannian balconies blooming vibrant red geraniums in December... You are amazing.
Paris.
At every corners I want to stop and read all the stories your "live" urban museums have to tell me. Your architecture is fantastic.
I can walk around again with almost no fears but the exciting one of getting lost in a city I can call home.
Beautiful even under the rain ! Inspiring, even when you're that cold ! I'm enjoying every bit of you.
Feeling happy because I'm home. At my other home, my European one.
I saw the Eiffel tower the very first day I came back. Tomorrow, I'm going to the Louvres. More coming during my stay, I hope to pay a visit to Versailles to see the castle.
-Need a suitcase full of souvenirs to bring back (home) to my Closet in San Francisco.
xoxo Aline.
